1. Permitted Use of Prompt Recipes
All prompt syntax, variable templates, parameter recommendations, and system role instructions cataloged on PromptFellow are made available for both personal and commercial production use. You are permitted to:
- Incorporate prompt templates into your commercial client work, advertising campaigns, software development, and generative media production.
- Modify, fork, and adapt dynamic parameters freely without mandatory attribution.
2. Intellectual Property & Brand Assets
The PromptFellow name, logo, custom UI design tokens, website software codebase, and editorial compilations remain the intellectual property of PromptFellow. You may not scrape or mirror the entire proprietary catalog to deploy a competing clone website without explicit authorization.
3. Prohibited Activities
When interacting with our website and local API tools, you agree not to:
- Attempt to perform denial-of-service (DoS) attacks, automated abusive scraping, or breach network security boundaries.
- Use the service to craft or distribute prompts intended to generate non-consensual imagery, malware, or illegal content in violation of model provider safety guidelines.
4. Limitation of Liability
PromptFellow provides prompt recipes on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that any specific generative AI model will produce identical visual or textual outputs over time due to upstream model version changes, seed variances, and provider adjustments.
